Great location, friendly staff and outstanding restaurant. Booked for one night B&B for our car journey south. The location was very good, a couple of miles off of the motorway. Room was very clean and comfortable. It looked recently decorated and renovated as everything was in very good condition and very modern bathroom. The hotel has a large secluded car park at the rear which was ideal as we had bicycles on the roof. We decided to eat dinner at the hotel and so glad we did. The restaurant was outstanding! The breakfast was also extremely good. I would definitely recommend this hotel for value for money and an enjoyable stay. If you are just using this place to stop over, make time for dinner and breakfast. The town looks lovely too but we didn't have chance to explore properly.

I was not familiar with the area and was trying to book something near the city center. However, despite the location, it was still a great place. There was parking, which is always good. The room was upstairs and the stairway was narrow, so be careful if you aren't good with stairs. The room was nice, and there was a fan - bonus!! The windows faced the street so it was a little loud with traffic, but once we laid down we fell asleep because we had walked all day. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic!! I would highly recommend Le Vivier - the price was good, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. But, make sure you bring a washcloth or soap sponge - that is something I found that most hotels do not have.

Staff were so kind and welcoming. Christine went out of her way offering to reserve a table at the fantastic restaurant on-site which was a blessing after flights, trains and driving!. The room was modern, the bed huge, bedding lovely and a beautiful new bathroom with massive shower. Nice Quiet location. The breakfast was incredible. Such a variety of delights that were fresh and tasty and the presentation was a work of art. The dinner we had at the restaurant the night we arrived was A class - 5 star standard. It has to be the most delicious of- meals with a top class chef presentation and flavour. The meals were also large! There is parking on site at the back of the restaurant. Loved our stay

Restaurant and Hotel on the south side of Amiens. Very friendly and helpful owners and staff (we arrived very early and were checked in without problems), clean and comfortable rooms, superb breakfast in an airy dining room. Parking is good. It's about 20 mins easy walk to the sites in the centre of Amiens (cathedral and belfry), a bit less to Jules Verne's House and the Musee De Picardie, another ten minutes to the riverfront and Les Hortillonnages which are on the far side of the centre.

Lovely, welcoming, staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and very well equipped - couldn't fault it. Dinner was delicious and fairly priced - not inexpensive but you get what you pay for. If arriving by car, the private car park has ample room & no headroom restriction. We were in a van and stayed at Le Vivier instead of staying in Amiens where surface parking is limited & not necessarily secure. Great to stay in family run accommodation instead of the usual chain hotels
